What happens next

  1. We call you back

    If we miss your call, or you send the form or an email, we call you back; after hours, that's the next working morning. We'll ask a few questions so we come prepared.

  2. We set a time to visit

    A time that suits you. If we can judge the job from outside, you don't have to be home; if we need the attic, or you want to walk it with us, we'll come when you are.

  3. We walk the roof

    Slopes, flashing, penetrations, gutters and, if there's access, the attic. We take photos as we go and show you what we found.

  4. You get a written estimate

    Itemized and in plain words, with the materials named and the schedule set out. It's free, and there's no follow-up pressure.
