A short, plain account of what this website collects and what we do with it.

Who we are
This site belongs to Acosta Roofing LLC, a roofing contractor in Beaverton, Oregon (CCB #263343). When this notice says "we", it means us. You can reach us at [email protected] or (971) 280-9253.
What the estimate form collects
Only what you type into it:
- your name and phone number,
- your email address, if you give it,
- the property address, if you give it, and
- whatever you write about the roof.
If you call or email us instead, we have what you tell us or send us, such as your number, your address and any photos of the roof.
What we use it for
To reply to you, arrange a visit, write your estimate and, if you hire us, do the job and keep the records that go with it. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't use it to advertise to you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
- We don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
- This site has no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and sets no cookies. We don't know who reads it.
Who else sees it
Fonts. The site's typefaces (Oswald and Barlow) load from Google Fonts. To send them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address and browser details the way any web server does. Google describes how it handles that data in its privacy policy.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
When it's needed for your job. If you ask us to, we'll share details with your insurance adjuster, and we give the city or county what a permit application requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are kept only as long as they're useful for following up. If we do work on your property, we keep the job records, including your contact details, as a business keeps any job file.
Seeing, correcting or deleting it
Email [email protected] and tell us what you'd like: a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion. We'll do it, except for anything we have to keep for a job we've done for you, and we'll tell you what that is.
Oregon's Consumer Privacy Act sets rules for businesses that handle personal data about large numbers of Oregonians. We're a small local contractor, and we'll honor these requests whether or not a law requires it.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. The current version is the one that applies.
